Yoga

Yoga and meditation basically help in alleviating social and academic stress, clear the mind and soothe cramped bodies jammed into desks and hunched over computers. To control the physical, mental, social, and spiritual stress, yoga camps are organized in the premises of DMA from time to time. As Sri Sri Ravi Shankar puts it, “Health is not a mere absence of diseases. It is a dynamic expression of life in terms how joyful, loving and enthusiastic you are.” DMA ensures that each student is benefitted by this ancient art of yoga and thus derives the strength to combat the adversities of life.
